Position Description: Recognized expert in the field of information technology.

10 or more years of technical experience providing internal/external consulting services to management and technical staff in solving complex information issues.
Requires competence in field of expertise, such as technology assessment, feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses, hardware and software evaluation, developing IS standards and methodologies, and business process re-engineering.
Possesses knowledge of the state-of-the-art in information technology and systems management.
Experience Level: 10+ Years. Skill Set: Current use of mainframe programming languages, and other bank utilities/tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of structured project methodology a must.
Strong attention to detail with outstanding problem solving skills. The ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Analytical ability. Negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Position Description:The Enterprise Medical Image Archive Technical Lead Programmer Analyst position is a critical member of the Medical Imaging team. This position provides the necessary technical expertise and support capabilities for EMIA, PACS, and related systems. This position will provide 24x7 support function and will involve an on-call rotation, contribution to all related projects, providing technical expertise to the regions and other business partners, collaborating and partnering with other IT shared services to ensure systems are running efficiently.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (listed in order of importance):

1.) Need to have Healthcare Medical Imaging and or Informatics experience. Required 3-5 or more year's experience.

2) Must have experience working in a support and troubleshooting environment.

3.) Must have MS Windows Administration experience. Required 3-6 or more year's experience.

4.) Need to have SQL or / Oracle and or relational database experience? Required 4-8 or more years.

5.) Minimum of 2 years experience using SQL, PL/SQL, and VB programming languages

6.) Need to have demonstrated problem solving skills. Required 4 - 10 years.

7.) Need to have experience using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Required 4 - 10 years.

8.) Need to have experience using MS Project and Visio. Required 2 - 5 years.

9.) Need to have Good communication skills (written, verbal) Required 5 - 10 years or more.

10.) Minimum of 2 years experience using/supporting interface standards of HL7 and DICOM.

11.) Need networking TCP/IP, etc. experience. Required 3-5 or more year's experience.

12.) Need to have Crystal Reports (v 8.5 or higher) or other report writer application (COGNOS) experience. Preferred 3-6 or more year's experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (listed in order of importance):

1.) Experience with a Medical Image Archive or PACS implementation, support, troubleshooting experience

2.) Prior systems deployment experience for Radiology and imaging related systems? Preferred 2-5 years.

3.) Must have good understanding of Networking and Infrastructure required 3-5 or more year's experience.

4.) Experience and knowledge with EPIC or KPHC application is preferred.

5.) Data analytics experience.

6.) Experience analyzing healthcare and/or financial data, Medical Imaging preferred.

7.) Experience with data quality procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (listed in order of importance):

1.) Be able to work on multiple tasks with little to no direct supervision.

2.) Participate in 24x7on-call pager/cell support rotation.

3.) Diagnose and solve complex/technical problems.

4.) Monitor various application components to ensure availability.

5.) Communicate with key business partner and IT team members.

6.) Use Remedy for issue acknowledgement/tracking and Change Mgmt.

7.) Document creation and maintenance for all primary and backup responsibilities

8.) Analyzing the requests and writing queries/reports using PL/SQL and other extraction tools

ANTICIPATED DELIVERABLES IN FIRST 120 DAYS (listed in order of delivery):

1.) Have access and understand the Remedy application.

2.) Understand the applications you support & qualify to take on-call pager duties/rotation.

3.) Is expected to be a change agent for group by monitoring changes to environments and insure appropriate IT change management procedures are followed.

4.) Is expected to meet with manager and understand performance measures by which IT employees are measured in the Medical Imaging space.
