Since the creation of the first radiology fellowship in 1959, the supply of and demand for radiology fellowship training has grown tremendously [1,2]. The breadth and depth of radiology subspecialty training are vital in maintaining a well-balanced workforce equipped to meet the diverse needs of patients and to partner with referring providers to deliver high-quality care. Not surprisingly, fellowship training is typically the expectation of trainees entering the job market, in both academia and private practice [3].
